Jackfruit Nuts
I made an awesome discovery! It’s probably not as awesome as some people think, but I’m happy about this discovery.
My mother brought home some jackfruit (Langka) and I just LOVE sweetened jackfruit! Along with the jackfruit flesh, she also had this huge bag of jackfruit seeds. It was probably about 1kg, according to my mother, and it was only worth P10 (~US$0.25). Papa at first thought she just separated it and even asked if he was going to throw it away!
